Sometimes there is a food combination that makes you so happy you can die right then and there. The Herb Slab, baked by Acme Bread Company, is right up there. It’s light and airy with a thin crispy crust and a touch of rosemary. Dip it in any combination of Dry Creek Orchard Olive Oil (Sonoma County) and it is a match made in heaven. Tonight my husband and I mixed the Pomegranite Vinegar with the Three Oil Blend, a touch of pepper and home grown thyme. That, with a bottle of Beaujolois-Villages, shrimp and cocktail sauce (heavy on the horseradish) and there you have a nice and light summer meal.
